Broken Stone’s See Ya Next Fall, SH — “Trip”

Trip is a powerful black Labrador with the pedigree, brains, drive, and natural ability we look for in a working dog. He has earned his Senior Hunter (SH) title and comes from an exceptional line of accomplished hunt test and field trial Labradors, with generations of FC, AFC, MH and titled working dogs behind him.

In the field, Trip is athletic, driven, and all business. He works hard, marks well, has a strong nose, and brings the kind of natural retrieving instinct that generations of careful field breeding are meant to preserve. Off the field, he carries the easy temperament and good manners that make a Labrador just as enjoyable at home as he is in the blind.

Trip has Good OFA hips and Normal elbows and has completed extensive genetic health testing through UC Davis, testing clear/normal for the Labrador conditions included in his panel. He is also D/D non-dilute, meaning he does not carry the dilute gene.

Trip is owned by another breeder, and we have been fortunate to bring his genetics into the Calaveras Labradors program through his offspring. We are especially proud to carry forward his proven working pedigree, sound structure, trainability, and classic Labrador temperament in the next generation.

His pedigree includes outstanding dogs such as FC AFC Buster Posey MH and FC AFC Gunstock’s Topshelf Snap Decision, along with generations of accomplished field-bred Labradors.
